Tooth Replacement

NATURAL DENTAL ESTHETIC

Our thorough dental consultation will help you make the right decision!

For tooth removal, fitting of implants, and all other oral surgical interventions, the oral surgery specialists at our practice have over 25 years of experience and know-how. If tooth extraction is unavoidable, we work as non-invasively as possible. The aim is to preserve the bone using various techniques, e.g., growth factor collected from centrifuged autologous blood, bone replacement material, or careful extraction using elastics.

In principle, the following treatments are available after tooth extraction:
Replacement of the extracted tooth with an implant, attachment of the replacement tooth to the adjacent teeth via sanding (bridge), replacement of the tooth with a removable plastic plate (dentures), or leaving the tooth space as it is.

The advantages and disadvantages of each option must be studied within the context of each individual case during intensive consultation. However, implants are the option with the greatest dental benefit as they help preserve the structure of both the bone and the adjacent teeth.

“OUR PRACTICE MOTTO: ALWAYS AS NATURAL AS POSSIBLE.”

Based on over 25 years’ experience fitting dental crowns and bridge implants, we are of the opinion that both belong under the same roof, i.e. a coordinated on-site team, to ensure the best results. We use the most modern digital x-ray devices which produce 3D x-ray portraits that are analyzed to ensure the correct positioning of the implant.

Bone Reconstruction

Bone deficits can result from periodontitis, tooth loss, or following accidents. Bone reconstruction is therefore necessary, especially for treatment with implants. Bone reconstruction uses either bone grafts taken from jaw areas where there is “surplus” bone or proven bone replacement materials. The area from which the bone graft is collected will also regenerate to replace the removed bone. In some cases, bone replacement materials are a very successful option, but they are not suitable for all types of reconstruction.

Implants

Based on over 25 years’ experience fitting dental crowns and bridge implants, we believe that both belong under the same roof, i.e. a coordinated on-site team, to ensure the best results.

ALL-ON-4®

The All-on-4® treatment concept offers patients without teeth a rapid, relatively cost-effective and uncomplicated treatment using dental implants and fixed dentures. Previously, a fixed bridge required the replacement of all teeth, with at least 8 dental implants in the upper jaw and 6 in the lower jaw. The All-on-4® system requires only 4 implants in each jaw. Because dental implants are very expensive, the All-on-4® treatment concept significantly reduces the cost of your dental prosthesis.

Master Dental laboratory

We are very proud of the quality of our dental laboratory work. The close proximity and cooperation with master dental technical Nowak, master dental technician Kollmann, and a team of highly qualified in-house dental technicians enables us to provide each patient with tailored and customized treatment.

Anesthesia

Under the professional monitoring of our anesthesiologist Dr. Thomas Kreutzer, we have carried out many procedures using general anesthesia. As an alternative to general anesthetic, we also offer the option of conscious sedation, which uses nitrous oxide, a twilight anesthesia, inhaled comfortably through a nose mask.
